General Introduction: Infrared filter thermometer is composed of photodetector, optical system, signal processing, signal amplifier, display output, feedback source and radiation of the measured object.
After modulation by the modulator, it is input into the infrared detector. The inverse amplifier amplifies the difference between the two signals and controls the temperature of the feedback source so that the spectral radiation of the feedback source is the same as that of the target.
The infrared sensor filter mainly uses monocrystalline silicon as the substrate, and the material thin films with different refractive index and thickness are alternately plated on the substrate;
The substrate has the functions of long pass, short pass, band pass, antireflection and reflection. At the same time, monocrystalline silicon wafer has good infrared spectrum characteristics and physical properties.
