Heraeus fused silica is a high purity synthetic fused quartz material. With high chemical purity and corrosion resistance, high softening temperature, good heat resistance, low thermal expansion, high thermal shock resistance, high transparency from ultraviolet to infrared spectrum, high radiation resistance.
